Also be prepared to pull it all out if you really want to sell the car. As LJ said, it's a subjective taste. 2) No mention of suspension or brakes. 145k is a lot of miles for an OEM suspension. Note what you've replaced to make the car ride/perform/stop better. There's more to a car than engine, especially one with 145k on the odo. 3) I don't think your price is too far off. I'd ask 20k and say or best reasonable offer. Be prepared to hold on to it, or settle for the first person to offer you 18k.
